A showcase of my leadership opportunities as well as the ways I have contributed to my community in terms of service.

Leadership Opportunities

- Led 6 stagehands on traffic flow and equipment handling, during a 2-hour performance segment

- Orchestrated backstage movement in coordination with the Performance IC

- Delegated tasks effectively, increasing the speed for backstage setups

- Performed risk assesments of on stage wiring and stage props before performers utilised the space

Ideated and created 4 game stations, including an escape room, handling logistics and ensuring safety
Collaborated with Programme and Operations teams to further enhance the immersion while playing the games
Managed a team of 50+ Gamemasters, ensuring they fulfilled their roles effectively to make a dynamic environment for the freshman to build character

- Supervised a group of up to 16 sub-comm members across a 2-day camp, fostering teamwork

- Led group activities, increasing camp engagement, and maintained 100% safety across all challenges

- Collaborated with 2 fellow facilitators in my group, balancing our responsibilities, and received positive feedback from our members

- Planned and organised several DFT-related events such as DFT Orientation and Movie Screening Event

- Managed 70+ sub-committee members, involving them in the planning of events

- Collaborated with a team of 10 people, stengthening communication and problem-solving skills

- Supervised children ages 5-12 during a 2-hour pizza activity, allowing them to learn and explore cooking

- United together with fellow community service club members, learning from how they lead a team while handling a large group of people

- Supervised trainees and ensured their safety as they engaged in different exercises to encourage movement

- Encouraged engagement through active participation and connecting with them through communication, supporting their speech

- Supported the coach by ideating new and different exercises for the trainees
